Our story

Born from a childhood spent loving animals who had nowhere to go.

Dr. Ellaine grew up in a home that cared for more than 20 cats and over five dogs — but with no veterinary clinic nearby, some of them were lost without anyone ever knowing why. That heartbreak became a calling: to be a voice for animals who cannot speak for themselves.

That dream became Estacion Animales Clinica Veterinaria in January 2012, and has since grown into a place built on compassion, dedication, and the belief that every animal deserves exceptional veterinary care — today serving communities across Manila and Quezon City through three branches.

George, a Pomeranian, lived with generalized alopecia for years. Whenever his owner wanted to take him outside for a walk, he would always be dressed in a way that hid his condition. It seemed that his owner didn't feel confident or proud enough to let George be seen as he truly was.

After a thorough diagnostic workup, a tailored treatment plan, and the necessary procedures, George's coat and health were restored. Today he proudly walks outside wearing only his leash — and his owner's confidence returned right along with him.

Estacion Animales Clinica Veterinaria was born from a childhood surrounded by animals, a heartbreak too many pet owners know, and a promise to never let another family feel that helplessness again.

It started with a home full of animals — and too many goodbyes we couldn't explain.

Growing up, our home was always filled with animals. My mother cared for more than 20 cats and over five dogs, treating each of them as a cherished member of our family. But I also witnessed the heartbreaking reality that many of them became sick without receiving proper medical care. At that time, there were no nearby veterinary clinics in our community, and some of our beloved pets were simply found lifeless without us ever knowing what had happened or how we could have helped them.

Those experiences left a lasting mark on me. From that moment on, I knew I wanted to become a veterinarian — not only to heal animals, but to become a voice for those who cannot speak for themselves.

Turning that dream into reality was never easy. Like many aspiring entrepreneurs, we faced one of the biggest challenges in starting a business — capital. But sometimes you don't wait until everything is perfect; you simply take the first step. We started with what we had, maximized every opportunity, made sacrifices, and moved forward one patient, one client, and one day at a time. Every challenge taught us resilience, and every small victory reminded us why we started.

Today, our mission remains the same: to advocate for the health and welfare of every pet entrusted to us, and to continue making a meaningful difference, one patient at a time.

Buildings and equipment are tools. Our people are the heart of this clinic.

When people ask what we're most proud of at Estacion Animales, the answer is always the same — our people. We are incredibly proud to see our veterinarians and staff continuously grow in skill and clinical expertise, and even more proud of their personal growth: their character, compassion, humility, resilience, and commitment to serving others.

We believe technical competence alone is not enough. That's why we invest in programs that develop leadership, communication, emotional intelligence, and personal values — not just clinical skills.
